TSC Process Servers

Our agency is an independent and licensed New York City process server(s), providing professional services for individuals, lawyers and the legal community.  We pride ourselves for being reliable, efficient and qualified. 

You may send your summons & complaints, subpoenas, land-lord tenant, family court papers, order to show cause, writs and other legal court documents to us via e-mail, fax or regular mail. Email is our preferred method of receiving your papers. 

Once the papers are served, you will be notified and a copy of the affidavit of service will be sent via email. We ask that you submit payment via paypal statement before receiving the original.  

In addition to our service area of New York City, we can also deliver your legal documents to Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties.

A Process Server must be licensed with the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs. Our agency holds an organizational license as well as a Process Server credential.
